Todd Walter
President

Todd started GlobalTech, a global sourcing company, in 2003 and acquired Russelloy Foundry in Durant, Iowa in 2014. Since Russelloy specializes in low volume, large castings (25 to 1250 lbs) and GlobalTech sources higher volume, smaller castings offshore they are a perfect match!
​
These relationships have been the foundation of Todd's ability to assist OEM’s in design to production, warehousing, and final assembly.

Todd has acquired over 20 years experience in product development, product launch, cost reduction, and global sourcing.This has allowed him to develop many long-term relationships with suppliers throughout the U.S.A., Korea, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and India.

Kendra Gheer
Human Resources, Accounts Payable Specialist

Kendra brings several years of human resources, accounting, and payroll experience to Russelloy. Her other responsibilities include: vendor support, managing employee benefits, health insurance and retirement.

Courtney Salek
Customer Service
​
Courtney is your main contact for 'all things" customer service. She comes with a background of sales and customer service in manufacturing along with ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification. Courtney is also working with our quality department to get Russelloy Foundry ISO 9001 certified. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sheri Walter
Marketing Manager
Sheri holds a B.A. degree in Economics/Spanish Culture and has traveled throughout Spain and Mexico.
Her roles at Russelloy have been to pick up an idea and turn it into an executable project plan, oversee company marketing to both current and new customers, and account management.
"What I enjoy the most about my job are the opportunities to translate business contracts from English to Spanish, website design, account management, and most of all working with the team to figure out exactly what needs to be done to bring the project to fruition."

Ed Haworth
Engineering, MSME

Ed has 32 Years of experience in defense, consumer products, engines, electrical Power Generation/protection, and global sourcing.
​
Ed has audited and qualified over 70 suppliers for engine manufacturer in 9 countries, which include: Italy, Germany, Poland, Russian Federation, Czech Republic, France, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, and Japan.
​
Ed has written and has published several technical articles and holds several patents.
